topless thursday: nursing a sick baby

Hayden has a rough cold. Her little eyes are red and watery. Her nose is congested. She's drooling like a Bassett Hound.

Some how she manages to keep a smile on her face.


And I can tell all she wants to do is snuggle and nurse. But she is so congested she gets frustrated and we move on to a bottle. She sounds like a Bull Dog, poor girl. And as the milk supplier, it's frustrating to listen to.

I'm hoping she'll sleep well tonight in her Nap Nanny and wake a new woman, ready to relieve my busting boobs.

Here's to hoping!

    Good luck with that! I never had much fun nursing...it was always painful. I hope she gets to feeling better, and helps you to feel better! Oh the pain on congested boobs...ouch!
