Hadley: "I want my flower tutu."
Me: no comment... I don't respond to little girls who do not speak nicely and use nice words.
Hadley: "I WANT MY FLOWER TUTU!"
Me: still no comment.
Hadley: "I WANT MY FLOWER TUTU! GET IT FOR ME! I'M IN CHARGE!"
Me: trying to stifle a laugh and breaking my rule, "You do not talk to people that way. If I hear that again, you will go on a time out."
Hadley: "I'M IN CHARGE!"
And off to her timeout she went. And I haven't heard the comment since.
